Wudang Kung Fu
Way of the Warrior
... is a center for internal martial, healing, and movement arts, strongly inspired by the ancestral principles of the Wudang School in China. We teach internal martial arts such as Taiji Quan, Bagua Zhang and Xing Yi Quan. Qi Gong (inner work) along with various Kung Fu foundational exercises form the cornerstone of our practice.
Kung Fu is more than fighting
Kung Fu extends beyond combat, emphasizing self-cultivation, meditation, movement, and healing. It is a journey of self-discovery. Through graceful movement and meditation, Kung Fu unites mind and body, offering a path to inner harmony and balance.
Movement
Movement in stillness and stillness in dragon-2-mobiledmovement, building structure without being stiff, attaining softness without being structureless. (A tree that does not yield is uprooted, a tree that yields too much cannot grow into the sky).
Stillness

Healing
Self-healing through perseverance, long-suffering and trust in the practices. Heal and harmonize yourself naturally.
Sight
Insight, transparency, foresight through the theory and philosophy hidden in the exercises. Change/open your own sight of the world and of yourself.
Combat
Martial arts, the art of defeating yourself, learning applications, to fight peacefully, schooling the will, concentration and focus.
